2024 was another milestone year for CORR, marked by exciting achievements and expanding outreach. Our first-ever commercial fundraiser with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts raised over $1,000 in donations, supporting our mission to bring hope and healing to those in need.
We were honored to participate in the Solano Stroll (Berkeley/Albany), an event that drew over 150,000 attendees. This and other public engagements provided valuable opportunities to share CORR’s message and connect more people with our support groups.
This year also saw the addition of two dedicated leaders to our Board of Directors—Jamie Edson and Amanda Purves—whose expertise and passion will help guide CORR’s continued growth.
A highlight of the year was our founder, Caprice Haverty, PhD, presenting a professional paper on CORR’s success and approaches at the international Association for the Treatment & Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) conference in San Antonio, Texas. Her presentation was well received garnering interest in CORR’s model as one of few nonprofit support programs for those who have caused sexual harm.
With consistent service delivery, increased participation, and a strong foundation, we look ahead to 2025 with excitement and enthusiasm, ready to expand our impact even further.
