CORR Group Guidelines

We encourage transparent & caring dialogue

We are mindful of meeting times

We keep the identities of participants confidential

We practice emotional regulation or ask for help to do so

Speak up if someone is doing something harmful

We may be critical of ideas, but not people

& Assume the best intentions in others

We are inclusive

Share, but note how much time we take

Practice listening, learning, and guiding

Ask before offering advice

If conflict emerges, we prioritize accountability and repair

We help others to feel heard and note hands raised

Our mics are muted, unless speaking, and cameras are on. If privacy is preferred, an explanation is offered to help others feel comfortable

Other household members are not near the camera, mic, or speakers

Groups are support, not treatment. If someone needs treatment, we have referrals

If you are on probation/parole and want to meet up with someone from CORR outside of meetings, please notify the Board beforehand
