CORR Group Guidelines
We encourage transparent & caring dialogue at each CORR group so everyone can have a safe experience.
We are mindful of meeting times and are timely with our comings and goings.
We keep the identities of meeting participants confidential.
We practice emotional regulation or ask for help to do so.
We speak up if someone is doing something harmful.
We may be critical of ideas, but not people.
We assume the best intentions in others.
We are inclusive.
We talk, but note how much time we take.
We practice listening, learning, and guiding.
We ask before offering advice.
If conflict emerges, we prioritize accountability and repair.
We help others to feel heard and note hands raised.
Our mics are muted, unless speaking, and cameras are on. If privacy is preferred, an explanation is offered to help others feel comfortable.
Other household members are not near the camera, mic, or speakers.
CORR groups are support, not treatment. If someone needs treatment, referrals are available.
