President’s Message March 2025

I want to thank everyone in CORR for the wonderful work they are doing. The Board of Directors and Committee Advisors are all volunteers. In 2016, when I became the Board President, I never imagined that we would be as successful as we are and I am humbled. We currently have four support groups and can provide some financial help for those who have caused or been harmed by sexual assault. As we continue to build CORR, I see great things ahead of us. This work is very important in helping the healing process for those who have caused sexual harm or been harmed by sexual assault.  We hope to expand our services to reach more people in our community.

Sexual abuse is still a taboo topic. But the percentages of those affected by sexual abuse (survivors, offenders, family members, and friends) is extremely high.Sexual assault is a public health issue. Addressing the topic helps stop the cycle. Because of the stigma of sexual assault, fundraising for our programs can be challenging. We need your help to keep CORR alive and moving in the right direction. Please consider making a monthly donation or sharing with your family and friends how CORR is helping you and ask them for a financial contribution. Every little bit helps and we really appreciate it!
